Work at the frontier of AI and benefits

A community and gathering to explore the rapidly evolving impact of AI on benefits and healthcare.

AI is forcing a reckoning in employee benefits. What's possible is changing month to month, and the leaders who lean in are pulling ahead. For the first time, they can cut through the confusion and inefficiency weighing down their programs, and rethink from the ground up how they guide employees, measure value, and run their functions. The results are real and this is the place to see them up close.

The Frontier Community is for the people leading this shift, and for those determined to be next.

Frontier is a community for benefits and HR leaders putting AI to work inside their function—what’s working, what’s stuck, and what they’d do differently. It's peer-led and operator-only: we're here to talk, not to pitch, sell, or broker. The summit is when the Frontier community meets in person. This is everything in between.

Ask real peers, in real time. Bring the stalled pilot, the procurement battle, or the org-chart question to leaders who ran into the same wall last quarter.

Stay current without the noise. Get a short, every-other-week digest on what actually changed in benefits × AI—ending with one question worth debating.

Find the good stuff later. A working library of sessions, decks, and member-shared resources—searchable when you need it, not buried in inbox threads.
